Business Background

The subsidiary offerings span the following categories:

Wireless Service Provider - Prepaid Mobile, High Speed Data, OTT TV Streaming & Data Hosting Services;
Media Services - 3D Imaging, Advance modeling, and related products and services;
Enterprise Solutions - Information Technology ("IT") infrastructure, including enterprise machine to machine technology, networking products and solutions, technology support and maintenance, fix based network systems; antennas, routers, CPE equipment.
ODM - Multi-vendor customer services, technology consulting, outsourcing, support services, applications and business process development; and design services.
Industrial Applications - Software products and Hardware solutions, including application testing and delivery software, lean data analytics, telemetry, global information systems and mobile network Operations Management.

Over the next few years, RPD will establish a nationwide presence and become a household name in wireless data products and services. Management will maximize shareholder value by aggressively growing the company. RPD expects to become a prime acquisition candidate and, at that time, will entertain reasonable offers.

These are truly game-changing developments that will afford consumers and businesses around the world real-time, on-demand access to social media, web content, computing tools, mobile applications and entertainment. Partnered OEMs have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the product innovation, development and manufacturing expertise behind Noitavonne™ , a worldwide innovator in high-end development of technology and appliances. The company is responsible for hardware and software customization, prototyping and refining product design.

Currently, the company is focused on the launch of its developed line of products: The Noitavonne™ branded tablets and smartphones and the company’s premier product, The Noit™ Joystick which won “The 2014 Innovation and Engineering Award Honoree Status” for CES 2014.
