Loop Connectivity is Made!

Lael A. Alexander invented a connectivity protocal that would allow mobile devices to connect and share content and bi-directional control over wireless radio waves.

Alexander began demonstrating his technology to large brands both in the US and in Asia.  The term Mirroring was often used in his pitches to describe the functionality of what eventually became known as Smartphone Companion Loop, A patent filed in the US Patent and Trademark Office by Inventor and Founder of a concept call Ennovation.  The term was the catalyst behind the naming convention of Alexander’s next five years of Innovation and creation of the Brand (Noitavonne).

First Product

Smart Phone Companion Loop is filed in the US Patent Office for utility use of connected mobile devices.

 

Noitavonne Designs its First OEM Product, a tablet reader with phone capabilities that could be use to remotely display or control other devices.  The device was called the “Embrace Tablet”

23,000 Sq. ft. Assembly plant with more than 130 employees is established in Shenzhen, China 3,600 Sq ft. Sales Office is established in Houston, Texas

 

 

First R&D Facility Acquired!

Noitavonne moves into a larger facility where it would begin to conduct research and development geared towards large screen touch displays, rugged devices,  telemetry sensors and  mobile payment systems. The R&D center is established in the West Park warehousing district of Houston, Texas..

 

Noitavonne Instruments Inc. (ODM) headquar ters is established in Nanshan, Shenzhen, China. Noitavonne's Smart Tablet Reader and connectivity loop is Awarded "Best in Show" Honors at the 2012 CTIA.

 

Noitavonne goes International!

Noitavonne South/West Africa and Europe office are founded in Johannesburg, Paris and Lagos respectively.

 

A 45,000 sq. ft Manufacturing facility is established in Yancheng, China as Part of a Joint Venture Agreement Between Noitavonne USA and Shenzhen Siecom (formally) NoitSiecom

 

The Noitavonne logo is enhanced to pronounce the use of penguins as its mast head, which indicates resilience, inclusion, creativity and social responsibility throughout the world.  The penguin logo is the established world wide trade mark of Noit and becomes the symbol of its cooperation with partners world wide.

Noitavonne Establishes an Independent Design Firm located in China Merchants Tower, Nanshan, Shenzhen, China.  The office oversees the development of only Noitavonne Branded products for global distribution.

 

Near Disaster!

Noitavonne's CEO and Chief Design Engineer has terrible accident while hiking in the mountains of Hong Kong.

 

The CEO would have to go through a series of operations to his shoulder, right arm and heart.

13 Month recovery period, and once again on top as the Tech Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the Wireless Industry during the recovery period.

 

Noitavonne sets its sights on the Cloud!

 

Relocated and Renewed!

Noitavonne Inc launches three subsidiaries that feature breakthroughs in cloud delivery, streaming technology, wireless Internet for rural communities and a mobile virtual operator under the name "RP Digitel".

 

The corporate operations and research department moves from Houston Texas, to Tulsa Oklahoma.

 

Noitavonne initiates a Partnership with Sprint for the advance roll-out of a 5G wifi in Oklahoma.

 

Sprint backs out of the 5G race rumored to partner with T-mobile.

 

Noitavonne becomes a T-mobile Wireless Partner and ramps up LTE via its proprietary CPE LTE Router. Sales are piloted in a demo store launched by the company to test the market under the name RP Digitel.
